James Seo, Ph.D.

Executive Vice President of International Affairs

James Seo, Ph.D. serves as Executive Vice President of International Affairs for the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine. 

James Seo has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Korea Aerospace University and a Master’s in Economics from Yonsei University. He received Law School Certification of Columbia of Appeals Committee on Admission from Florida School of Law and Granted Admission Dual Degree Master of Laws (LLM) and Master of Intellectual from Northwestern University and KAIST University. 

He also has several certifications from top Universities in the United States, including Harvard University and Stanford University, related to Global Health Delivery and Nutrition Science.

James Seo’s current positions include being the President of Korea ESG Committee and of Mediogen and an economic policy advisor for the Korea Development Institute (KDI). He is also Special Professor of Dong Yang University and a director of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea. 

His previous work experience includes being the CEO of several companies, such as Pacific Resources, Inc. PACOM Global, Inc., and Pacific Asia Communications, Inc. 

James Seo has also been involved in various social activities, including served as a Director and Advisor of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea, Chairperson of the Capital Market Regulatory Innovation Committee of 20th YunSeok Yul President candidate, Vice President of the Yonsei University Alumni Association, Evaluator for the Organization Committee of the Local Autonomous Administration and Legislative Awards organized by JJC TV in South Korea.
