Library Resources

Our collections consist of over 2,000 resources in the fields of acupuncture, oriental medicine, herbology, and western medicine. Books and journals are available in English and Korean, with a smaller number of titles in Chinese.

In addition to our book collection, the library also provides access to over 40 full-text and serial publications (including journals, magazines, reports, newspapers, etc.).

The library houses copies of textbooks for all courses in the program.

  • Medical dictionaries and encyclopedias

Non-English Language Collections include:

The library has a substantial Korean and Chinese oriental medicine collection. This collection is not currently in the library online public catalog (OPAC). Future plans are to include these titles in the OPAC. At present, these materials are accessible to users by means of a printed subject and title lists.

E-resources

We provide access to e-resources from our library catalog and from our library web guides. We have many open access, full-text books and journals accessible directly by searching the catalog.

This web resource provides links to relevant research databases and websites; open access e-resources; as well as links to associations and organizations in the field of oriental medicine. The guides also provide helpful information on information literacy. This resource is available 24/7 and students can access it from their home computer as well as from the library computers.
